I am very pleased with all the work Bimmerworkshas done on my car.  Steve and company do everything right the first time.  I had a complete coil-over suspension system installed along with adjustable swaybars on my E90.  The car is so well balanced and works perfectly on the street and the track. Bimmerworksalso installed my Stoptech big brake kit on all four corners.  They work so well and never even hint at fading. 
No issues at all with the installation.  Steve will do what it takes to get the job done right the first time.
I will visit Bimmerworks for all my BMW needs in the future

     My first visit to Bimmerworks was upon the recommendation of a fellow bimmerphile and friend, to track down a nagging suspension clunking sound that I, and other shops in the area, could not pinpoint. After spending several several hundred dollars at another shop to find nothing, Steve pinpointed the problem in 15 minutes. After Steve's assurance that he didn't charge the customer to look problem he couldn't find, and then quickly pinpointing and inexpensively fixing the problem, I became an instant Bimmerworks customer. Steve and the Bimmerworks crew have saved the day on multiple occasions for me and my E36 M3, and always with excellent service and competitive pricing. I highly recommend them for all of your BMW and Mini servicing and repair needs.

    Our recent experience with Bimmerworks was extraordinary.  Through an unlikely series of events, our daughter was at college in Williamsburg, VA this fall with our 2003 BMW M3.  She called to report that several dashboard lights were on when she started the car but would generally turn off shortly thereafter.  We thought we could hold out for winter break to have the car checked, but the news got worse as she reported loss of power while driving and little to no acceleration - way too dangerous for her to drive.  The local BMW dealer told her that the necessary part was nowhere to be found in the USA and would need to be shipped from Germany and the repair bill would be around $2000.  We called you since you'd worked on the car before and were aware of some of the sensor issues with this model year to see if this news made sense and you were incredible!  You called the dealer there to get some more information to corroborate the diagnosis  is and then you called us to tell us that you had the part, you had the service bulletin and you could fix it for much less.  We went to work trying to figure out how to get the car to West Chester, including working with you on the idea of someone from your team driving down with a flat bed to pick it up, but all the options were ridiculously expensive or very time consuming and left our daughter with an impossibly complicated travel schedule to get home once the semester ended.  Your personal commitment to making this work was extraordinary!  Ultimately, you rose at 4AM in the morning, drove down to Williamsburg, gave her a loaner car and drove her car back to West Chester....and she kept the loaner car until the work was done. 
We have never experienced such service and concern for our needs from anyone in the car business...or maybe in any business!

    I just wanted to drop a quick note to thank you for the great job that you do on my M5.  I was looking at this month's issue of "Bimmer" and their market update on the E39.  They are basically saying to stay away from high mileage cars.  I just passed 90,000 miles this week and it made me realize that, thanks to Bimmerworks, I had never been left stranded on the side of the road.  Your attention to details and proactive repair recommendations have contributed in making the car feel and drive better than when I drove it off the dealership.  I have now driven more than 12 months and 15,000 miles since the extensive Dinan tuning that you have done and didn't have a single issue with anything, a testament to the quality of your work.  So thanks again!

The Bimmerworks technicians only repair what is needed and get it right the first time. Other repair shops look for “phantom” problems so that they can run up the repair charges…this never happens at Bimmerworks.
